Where are you based?

Can I just turn up?
I wish I could say yes, but treatments are by appointment only. There’s no reception, so the door is kept locked and I open it when your appointment starts. That way your time is calm and completely yours.
The easiest way to book is online, or you can WhatsApp me and I’ll help you find a time that suits you.
I’m new. Where should I start?
Welcome! The best place to start is my New client: Leave it to me appointment (75 minutes, £100). We’ll have a proper chat about your skin and your goals, I’ll put together a personalised skin plan for you, and then you’ll have a 30-minute treatment chosen for your skin, either an AlumierMD treatment or Hydrafacial Express.
If you’d like some advice first, you can book a skin consultation (£30, in clinic or online) and we’ll work out together what your skin needs.
Is there any downtime with the treatments?
It depends on the treatment. Hydrafacial has no downtime at all, so you can carry on with your day. Peels have minimal downtime, usually around 24 hours or less. SkinPen needs a little longer, usually 24 to 48 hours.
I’ll talk you through exactly what to expect before your treatment, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer courses?
Yes, and I recommend a course for every treatment. One session is a lovely start, but your skin is a bit like going to the gym: you need to go more than once to see real results. Regular treatments are what get you to your skin goals.
Courses are available for SkinPen, Platinum Hydrafacial, AlumierMD peels and LED light, and you save when you book one. You’ll find the prices under Courses in the treatments above.
Are you open on Mondays and Saturdays?
I open on Mondays and Saturdays when there is enough interest. WhatsApp me to ask.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens, so if you need to cancel, I just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your slot to someone else. With less notice, I’m afraid the 50% deposit can’t be refunded. Thank you so much for understanding.
